We are happy to announce the addition of the
"Carriage House Cottage"
The new cottage is built to resemble the original carriage house.
We have kept the same size and roof pitch and "board & baton" siding.
The new building is built with modern materials with the siding being a cement composite board and the battens and trim being recycled plastic.
We kept the side door design, but had to add the front door and windows which are needed for a cottage but were not necessary for a carriage house.
We found part of an old carriage in the "hay loft" and lent it to the Rural Life Musuem which is just across the street.
